Unity with Community

Diversion is breakable where unity is most favorable.

The world as we know it was not built alone. Our communities were not singularly formed either. Our lives that we have created continue to grow through our relationships, our resources, and connectivity. Our circle comes back to the community in which we ultimately immerse ourselves. When you look at all that is around you, far and wide, it is the beautiful diversity that we grow open handedly rather remain idle separately.

Where we all individually differ in many aspects of our being, our common grievances surround the continuous diversion that we face. Where many find their immediate action to march in madness, we instead should cross the bridge in a harmonious unity. Your inner being is just as important as the outer. All levels should be protected. Sadness and anger are normal emotional responses when we do not feel protected. However, hatred and acts of this, and with the intent to harm others, is not. It may take one person to break peace in a community, but it takes a community to also help one another. When peace is broken, we must not follow the effect, but go back to the state of cause and do what we can at that point to move towards a more positive outcome. Uplift one another, love, listen, and remind one another why what brought us together in the first place.

In my community, I never knew a stranger. I never felt disconnected from the rest of the world either, as I was always surrounded by many different faces, language, and the beauty that each possessed and selflessly shared. The experiences and stories I have learned and the greatest bonds ever achieved. I never perceived differently, nor heard a voice I found unfamiliar. Although not one person I know looks like me, was raised like me, spoke like me, or has ever walked like me, though we walk together with open hands to uplift one another in case we come across a bump in the trail. Guiding one another in case one may get lost. Laughing and smiling while you make life long memories and relationships. Having a heart that is full because you have joy and love that surrounds you. Love is abstract, and our judgements perhapss should be much more as well.

If I put everyone I know in a room, I will see and hear a multitude of difference, but we all share the same smile and open heart. We each learn from eachother on a broader perspective. I have learned and experienced more out of my lifetime than I could ever afford to travel alone to do otherwise. Love and understand what community truly is. On a simple level it is a population of various individuals whom live in a common place within a large society. A fellowship as a result of sharing interests, and goals. On a intrapersonal level, community goes beyond in making others feel welcome, feeling safe, and caring for others where possible. Reaching out to others not only helps them and your community, but it helps you to gain a bigger understanding as well. We were not born into this world so with the purpose to harm, but we are here to rejoice and grow to live in a way of our found purpose, most importantly helping each other reach that. We each hold individual tools. Some where we lack but can provide to others where they too are able to reciprocate. Our life is given for opportunity to take away from ourselves or any one else. Knowledge is key. We cannot have it all, but we can selflessly share with one another for the best of intention and the betterment to all.

Just remember when you have been at your best and have been at the lowest, it is not about one culture, race, religion, or gender that makes a difference in your aid. I know I can speak for myself that it is an international love that has been by my side as well as my family. An individuals character speaks and gives much more volume than the outer label others may have placed. Embrace and cultivate the differences as a progressive tool to unite in growth, wellness, education, and a greater strength. Through unity we all stand together and none fall short. Hatred is never the norm and Love should be available by the masses, not a commodity. Aren’t we all tired of the earthquakes in our communities? Pain and suffering shouldn’t be a chosen way to feel or project upon others. We do not gain but ultimately lose everything from this. Otherwise it is a complete waste of our precious life, our world that is one of a kind in itself. Uplift yourself while doing the same with and for others for much more of the fulfilled life we all desire.

Unity with Community, it’s that simple.
